Danny has consistently been recognized as a standard of excellence, and often sought out as an advisor for his merits in relationship building, problem solving, and goal accomplishment.

Justin Quinn

CFO

A United States Navy Veteran, Justin has over 15 years of experience in the Navy with leadership in coastal security, cyber warfare, and readiness.

Justin has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Old Dominion University, a Dual Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Business Administration, a Master’s of Business Administration from MIT, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Louis University.

He has experience as an attorney, a chief strategy officer, a managing partner for investment funds, an engineering department manager, and a chief executive officer for an architectural planning company.

Maryann Nisperos

Operations Manager

MaryAnn is a management professional who brings over 10 years of experience to her role as Operations Manager. She uses her natural business and management sense to coordinate employee development, technology integration and solution development. An effective communicator and motivator, MaryAnn leverages assets in teammates to reach organizational goals.

Jeff Bol

Technical Sales Manager

Jeff has been working with cameras in the machine vision industry for over 15 years. He spent much of that time with a premier camera manufacturer, supporting several of their largest OEM clients. His technical background and diverse experience with a wide range of camera applications gives him the expertise to guide his clients to an optimum imaging solution.

Outside of work, Jeff likes to spend his time in the Colorado outdoors hiking, camping and skiing.

Oliver Capati

Production Manager

Oliver is our hidden gem working alongside with the sales and operations team. He has an academic background in both Electrical Engineering and Business Management. His key role over the years has been in research and development, which he enjoys doing and it shows. Oliver is meticulous, innovative, and ensures streamlined efficient design from concept through production. He thrives under pressure, all the while maintaining a warm and friendly outlook.

Outside of work he enjoys traveling and his greatest passion for anything with two wheels.

Benjamin De Los Reyes

Shipping & Receiving

Third, as Benjamin is fondly called by family and friends, has worked over 5 years in facility maintenance. Now with Lore Technology, he is adept at warehouse management and ensures an organized warehouse, efficient packing and receiving, and rapid shipping. He looks forward to contributing to the growth of the organization.

During his free time, Benjamin enjoys riding and fixing cars and motorcycles. He also loves to cook for his family.

Olivia Estrada

Web Development, Marketing, Administrative Support

Olivia has been in the vision industry for over 15 years. In her varied roles, she has built strong product knowledge and created strong vendor and client relationships. Now, as web development and marketing head for Lore technology and Wilco Imaging, her goal is to keep clients and potential clients informed at all times through social media channels and the Wilco & Lore websites.

In her free time she enjoys game nights, wineries, snorkeling, reading, traveling throughout California, and going to concerts.

Ireanna Hays

Accounts Receivable & Administrative Assistance

While still new to the industry, Ireanna has a wealth of experience providing excellent customer service. She has several years of experience as a team lead that she’s found to be highly useful in adapting to her administrative role. She works fast and efficiently to ensure every customer is always updated on order status and billing information.

Outside of work, Ireanna enjoys church volunteer work on Sundays, cooking, trying any new food, and working on a Psychology degree.

Ruben Pantoja

Sales Development Representative

Ruben Pantoja, is a true professional with over 10 years of providing exceptional sales and service. He is always happy to help Wilco/Lore Tech customers with machine vision application products and service solutions. 

Ruben has been in Sunny San Diego for the past 10 years, he grew up in Northern California, Monterey Bay.

Away from Wilco/Lore Tech, Ruben’s other passion is Music, you can find Ruben as a moonlight professional DJ in the San Diego and Southern California Night Life.

Imari Romero

Sales Representative

Imari is going into her second year with Wilco/Lore Technology. During this time, she has crafted a strong foundation of vision and optical product knowledge as well as solid client relationships. She has found her previous 6 years of experience in administration and management condusive to her continued success as a sales representative. She works diligently to provide quality service for every customer.

In her free time she enjoys reading suspense and thriller novels, and ministry volunteer work.

Jennifer Sousa

Purchasing Agent

Jennifer has over 16 years of experience in client relations and customer service. Her positive attitude and upbeat outlook make her a pleasure to work with while strengthening vendor relations. Jennifer works to ensure stock levels are maintained, and always seeks to stay ahead of any part or global shortages.

When she’s not busy at work, Jennifer finds joy in watching her kids play sports, doing puzzles with the family, reading historical fiction and thrillers, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible!

Darlene Theriault

Darlene has over 35 years of experience in the electronic and vision industries. She has built a wealth of technical knowledge over the years that proves to be invaluable in aiding her clients in finding the perfect solution for their vision applications and projects. Whether a client already knows what they want and is looking for the best possible price, or needs advanced guided assistance, Darlene will find a solution.

When she’s not working, Darlene enjoys fostering animals and partnering with her local humane society for animal rescue. She is also an illustrator and commercial artist.

Maria Yrbas

Inside Sales Representative

Maria started her career in the vision industry in 2016.  Since then, she has gained a depth of knowledge of the machine vision industry. She strives to stay up to date on the latest product information via training, webinars, and trade shows, so that she can offer the most accurate and relevant assistance to her clients. Her 15 years of experience in customer service and hospitality management allows her to bring a detail-oriented and unique approach while facilitating long-lasting relationships with customers and manufacturers.  She enjoys assisting her clients in finding the best machine vision systems solutions for their varied needs, even on the most demanding projects!

In her free time she works as a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, and she loves traveling, outdoor hikes, dancing, building furniture, and researching technology and automation.  She believes in giving back to her community so she volunteers in animal shelters, kitchens, and homeless centers.
