We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers and PayPal. New customers may apply for NET30 terms by filling out a credit application.
All items in stock at our Sacramento warehouse ship same day. Standard non-backlogged items ship within 1-7 days.

Most Wilco Imaging and Lore Technology items ship from West Sacramento, CA. We ship via UPS or FedEx couriers. Feel free to use your UPS or FedEx shipper account to pay for freight or we can prepay and add shipping charges to your invoice.
All sales are final. Product received damaged or defective must be reported within 5 business days upon receiving your order. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Please reach out to your sales representative for an RMA if a return is required. All returns must be received in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
All product purchased carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us to obtain a copy of the manufacture’s full warranty for your product. Defective items covered under the manufacture’s warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for evaluation and repaired or replaced at the manufacture’s discretion. Please contact us for an RMA if you require technical assistance.
