Sweep Series Cameras

The JAI Sweep series of cameras include monochrome and trilinear color line scan cameras with some of the fastest line rates on the market. The cameras offer high image quality, advanced feature sets, and horizontal and vertical binning. The Sweep Color cameras also feature built-in color space conversion.

SW-4000M-PMCL

The JAI SW-4000M-PMCL is a high speed monochrome line scan camera featuring a custom-designed 4K monochrome line sensor capable of running at up to 200,000 lines per second.

SW-4000TL-10GE

The JAISW-4000TL-10GE is a high speed trilinear line scan camera that delivers outstanding color line scan performance and features a maximum line rate of 66 kHz for 8-bit output. The SW-4000TL-10GE uses a 10GigE interface.

SW-4000TL-PMCL

The JAISW-4000TL-PMCL is a high speed trilinear line scan camera that delivers outstanding color line scan performance and features a maximum line rate of 66 kHz for 24-bit RGB output. The SW-4000TL-PMCL features a CameraLink interface.

SW-4000TL-SFP

The JAI SW-4000TL-SFP is a high speed trilinear line scan camera that delivers outstanding color line scan performance. The SW-4000TL-SFP runs on 10 Gigabit Ethernet network configuration and features the enhanced Small Form-factor Pluggable optical interface (SFP+).

SW-8000M-PMCL

The JAI SW-8000M-PMCL is a high speed monochrome line scan camera featuring a custom-designed 8K monochrome line sensor capable of running at up to 100,000 lines per second.

JAI SWEEP+ Series

The JAI Sweep+ Series cameras include 3 sensor RGB and 4 sensor RGB-NIR line scan cameras for industrial machine vision applications. These camera feature state of the art prism technology for the best possible performance, precision, and versatility for line scan imaging. The CMOS Sensors are precisely- aligned on a dichroic beam-splitter prism to a common optical path. Sweep+ Series cameras with 4 CMOS sensors provide multispectral capabilities by simultaneously capturing data in the visible light spectrum, and the near infrared spectrum.

The JAI LQ-201-CL is a prism-based industrial RGB/NIR color line scan camera with four separate imagers for simultaneously capturing red, green, blue and near infrared light. The high performance CMOS camera can output 4 x 2048 pixel resolution at 33,014 lines per second, while maintaining image quality at a signal-to-noise ratio of 55 dB or higher.

LQ-401-CL

The JAI LQ-401CL is a prism-based industrial RGB/NIR color line scan camera with four separate imagers for simultaneously capturing red, green, blue and near infrared light. The high performance CMOS camera can output 4 x 4096 pixel resolution at 18,252 lines per second, while maintaining image quality at a signal-to-noise ratio of 55 dB or higher.

The JAI SW-2001Q-CL is a prism-based industrial RGB/NIR color line scan camera with four separate imagers for simultaneously capturing red, green, blue and near infrared light. The SW-2001Q-CL camera outputs 4 x 2048 pixel resolution at 19,048 lines per second, while maintaining image quality at a signal-to-noise ratio of 58 dB.
